Pre-Session Consultation: We’ll chat with you beforehand to discuss your vision, the location, and help you with planning if needed. This is also a great time to share any special details about your proposal plan.

On-the-Day Coordination: Whether you’re planning a surprise proposal or a coordinated event, we work with you to ensure everything goes smoothly. We can scout the location ahead of time and help you choose the best time for lighting and atmosphere.

Professional Photography: Using high-quality equipment, we’ll capture both candid and posed shots to ensure every emotion and reaction is preserved in beautiful detail.

Fast Turnaround: We know how excited you’ll be to see your photos! We can provide a couple preview images with in 24 hours and a full gallery in 7-10 days.

In addition we try to include a cell phone video alongside your proposal photos — if the location allows. This is an excellent way to capture not only the visual, but also the excitement and emotions of the moment.

Here’s how it works:

Discreet & Seamless Setup: If the location and conditions are right, we can discreetly set up our cell phone to record the entire proposal without drawing attention to it, ensuring you still get that perfect surprise moment. Sometimes it does capture the sound but if not you can set the video to music.

Location Considerations: Some locations offer more flexibility for video, depending on lighting, crowds, or space. We’ll work with you during the planning phase to determine if adding video is feasible and will enhance your proposal experience. If not we can provide a few video clips during the couple session part of the photo shoot.

Video Clips: the video becomes a cherished keepsake, allowing you to relive your proposal whenever you want. Whether it’s for anniversaries, special occasions, or just a nostalgic look back, having both professional photography and a personal video ensures that every detail of your proposal is preserved for a lifetime. Including a video provides a dynamic way to capture the moment. We’ll always do our best to accommodate this option, based on the location and conditions.

Our proposal photography package includes:

Up to 90 minutes of coverage: Two photographers will be present to capture every detail. We like to arrive 20-30 minutes early to the location, ensuring we’re ready in case you arrive ahead of schedule.

Proposal + Couple Photos: After the big moment, we’ll spend time capturing beautiful couple photos to celebrate your engagement.

What’s Included: You’ll receive 75+ edited photos delivered via an online gallery, available for download. If possible, we’ll also capture a cell phone video of the proposal and/or a few video clips of the couple session, which will be delivered via Dropbox.

Pricing: All of this is available for $750, including travel within 90 minutes of Portland, Oregon.
