Villa Catalana Cellars is located in Oregon City, Oregon, just 30 minutes from Portland, Oregon. It’s hard to believe that this hidden gem is located in the Portland metro. We felt like we had been taken to a magical place in the hills of Italy as It’s so breathtaking.

Loren & Michelle were such a blast to work with. Their kids were so much fun and it was the perfect wedding to blend two such amazing families! September is such an interesting time to have a wedding in Oregon as you don’t know if it’s going to be good or bad weather, and luckily this day the rain held off for Loren & Michelle’s Pacific Northwest Elopement.

One suggestion we have is if you love a popular wedding venue but want to just elope is getting married Monday- Thursday. Be sure to e-mail them as they might let you rent by the hour for you and a few guests if it’s not too far out and not on a popular wedding date that’s already booked, this way you can have your dream wedding while on a budget. After your elope you can have a mini reception at a local restaurant or at a house. (yours, a friends or rent an Airbnb) Also If you’re wanting to elope at a popular public place such as the beach we recommend early morning or sunset to avoid large crowds of people.
